Cre­at­ing vis­i­bil­ity for those who help pro­tect our first responders.

The chal­lenge:

Launch a new brand in a highly com­pet­i­tive niche mar­ket­place dom­i­nated by a hand­ful of long-​established brands.

The solu­tion:

Develop a strat­egy that posi­tioned this new com­pany and prod­uct line as not only an inno­va­tor, but a leader in the mar­ket­place. HG2 places a heavy focus on research and devel­op­ment — lis­ten­ing to the needs of law enforce­ment, fire res­cue and secu­rity indus­tries first hand — and pro­to­typ­ing with the results of those find­ings. We cre­ated a design aes­thetic that reflects the tech­ni­cal aspects of the prod­uct design process and con­veys attrib­utes of accu­racy, resilience and safety.

Results to report:

HG2 has dis­rupted the emer­gency light­ing indus­try. While brand­ing can be chal­leng­ing to mea­sure, our client has seen year over year sales growth since incep­tion and con­tin­u­ally gains ground against the indus­try incumbents.
